Below are some resources related to the Milky Way Galaxy:

1. The Chandra X-Ray Observatory has a tutorial on Galactic Navigation(link is external) and the Galactic coordinate system.
2. Chandra also provides a set of illustrations related to the structure of the Milky Way Galaxy(link is external).
3. If you want to get beyond what Starry Night allows you to do to when studying the distribution of objects in the sky, you can fly through the Milky Way and study the detailed distribution of stars, star clusters, and other Milky Way objects with the Digital Universe Atlas(link is external). A word of warning, though—it is a bit of a challenge to learn how to use without any direct instruction.
4. There are additional resources on Sgr A* available. In particular Chandra has a pair of Sgr A* animations(link is external) that are interesting.
