Tax and What?

Humans have passed many laws to control where we dispose of human waste. Dumping our waste in the open is illegal in most places, and many places have outlawed outhouses such as this one in favor of septic systems and sewage treatment plants. But, this approach of outlawing public waste disposal is generally not preferred by most experts considering CO₂.
