PrintIn addition to displaying text and media, the popup can also be configured to perform actions. By default, it contains a Zoom In button, to zoom in to the clicked feature, but the popup can be customized to execute other tasks as well. This lesson is long enough already, so I’ll just direct you to a couple of Esri samples that provide nice examples:
- Popup actions(link is external) - adds a button for measuring the length of clicked line features
- Custom popup actions(link is external) – adds a button for opening the websites of breweries stored in a point layer
